Inbound Verification Clerk

Primary Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Inbound Verification Clerk to support receiving and inbound warehouse operations for a growing logistics company. This position is responsible for verifying incoming freight information, including pallet labels, carton counts, dimensions, and photos. The Inbound Verification Clerk will compare receiving information with warehouse system records, identify and report discrepancies, and maintain accurate inbound documentation and movement records. As operations continue to expand, employees may temporarily be scheduled at both the Bolingbrook and Joliet facilities based on business needs. Reliable transportation between both locations is required.

Responsibilities
  • Verify pallet and carton labels for accuracy.
  • Confirm carton counts and shipment quantities.
  • Verify freight and pallet dimensions.
  • Review and verify required shipment photos.
  • Compare physical receiving information with warehouse system records.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or incorrect information.
  • Maintain accurate inbound and receiving documentation.
  • Update and verify movement records as required.
  • Communicate receiving discrepancies to warehouse leadership.
  • Support accurate and efficient inbound warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable verifying labels, quantities, dimensions, and shipment information.
  • Able to compare physical freight information with warehouse system records.
  • Comfortable using warehouse systems and maintaining documentation.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to identify and report discrepancies.
  • Reliable transportation between Bolingbrook and Joliet required.
  • Available Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
