Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who'll lead and supervise digital campaigns, advertising, creative projects, and new go-to-market strategy. The Marketing Manager's responsibilities include

  • developing plans to help establish our brand,
  • allocating resources to different projects, and
  • setting short-term and long-term department goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • 3+ years of successful and progressive management experience
  • Experience in content creation, SOE, Email, and PPC
  • Experience and knowledge in segmentation, data enhancement, attribution, optimization,
  • and B2B demand generation best practices
  • Proficient in Google Analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite



ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives across all Savory brands
  • Create and adhere to monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing department
  • Train and manage part of the marketing team
  • Assist in set, monitor, and report on team goals
  • Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies for all Savory brands
  • Ensure Savory brand messages are solid and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine target customers
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Stay current on market trends and new research and implement accordingly.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to senior leaders and communicate on marketing programs and strategies
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by upper management
