Staying organized and up-to-date with industry best practices, such as implementing robust document management systems and regularly training staff on data security, can help address these challenges. Additionally, collaborating closely with legal and IT departments ensures that records are accessible yet secure, reducing the risk of data breaches or compliance violations.
