Job Summary

Kaspar Companies is seeking a full-time AI Specialist to lead our AI-driven initiatives. Based in Shiner, TX, this role is responsible for training AI models, implementing AI solutions, and enhancing manufacturing processes through innovative technologies. AI Specialist Responsibilities

Train and refine AI models using complex scenarios; evaluate outputs for accuracy and logic.

Ensure secure and effective operations of AI tools and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business workflows.
