Job description

Build a rewarding General Urology practice that combines clinical variety, resident support, and meaningful time away from work. Pacific Companies is proud to present an employed Urology opportunity at a 355-bed nonprofit teaching hospital in Northern California. The incoming physician must be trained in General Urology and may incorporate robotics, pelvic floor care, infertility, or other areas of interest into the practice. Residents take first call within a manageable 1:6 call rotation, creating additional clinical support and opportunities to teach in a community-based academic setting. Optional research is available for physicians interested in expanding their academic involvement without the bureaucracy of a large university system. An experienced academic Urologist may also be considered for the Program Director opportunity, offering the chance to help guide a growing ACGME-accredited residency while maintaining an active clinical practice.
