Rental Sales Representative – Paso Robles, CA

Earning Potential: $75,000–$125,000 annually

Quinn Company is seeking a motivated Rental Sales Representative to grow equipment rental and sales opportunities throughout the Paso Robles territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who understands construction equipment, enjoys visiting customers and job sites, and wants strong earning potential with a respected industry leader.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop rental and sales opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with existing customers and identify new business.
  • Visit construction sites and connect with contractors and decision-makers.
  • Generate qualified leads and share opportunities with account managers and the Rental Manager.
  • Maintain accurate customer activity, call lists, and rental agreement follow-ups.
  • Plan customer visits based on business needs, activity, and sales potential.
  • Recommend equipment and rental solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay current on Quinn products, services, rental rates, and market competition.
  • Support rental fleet utilization and profitability goals.
  • Complete rental transactions while maintaining strong customer service and profitability.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Current driver’s license and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Knowledge of construction equipment and related product lines.
