Kahua Automation Specialist

COMPA Industries is searching for qualified candidates for an onsite Kahua Automation Specialist position in Aiken, SC.

Pay: $58–$65/hr
Location: Aiken, SC (Onsite)
Citizenship: US Citizenship Required


🚫 Mandatory Experience Requirement – Read Before Applying

Candidates must have experience in the development and deployment of complex workflows for large projects and possess an accredited four-year degree, or nine (9) years of directly related experience if non-degreed.

Applicants without experience supporting workflow development software (e.g., Kahua) or unable to demonstrate at least five (5) years of work-related experience in IT systems analysis, design, or enterprise application development will not be considered.


Impact

As a Kahua Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of enterprise EPC workflow solutions that support engineering, procurement, and construction operations. Your work will directly enhance project controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across large, complex capital projects.


Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop, configure, and support the Kahua EPC workflow system through systems analysis, design, and coding.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation solutions with business and project objectives.

  • Coordinate and lead project status meetings; track milestones, risks, and deliverables.
