Job description

Aptus Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavioral Technicians (BT) to join our therapeutic team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, implementing treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to individuals with autism and related behavioral challenges, collecting and documenting data to monitor progress, and collaborating with families to achieve treatment goals.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
  • High school diploma is required

Certification:

  • Completion of the 40-hour RBT training module is required

Experience:

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or similar developmental disabilities is preferred

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and implement ABA strategies
  • Attention to detail in data collection and documentation

Requirements:

  • Must be able to commute to clinic locations in McAllen and Edinburg as needed
