As a Wealth Solutions Investment Advisor, you will support Empowerโ€™s Wealth Solutions organization by guiding clients through their initial steps toward achieving financial goals. You will conduct goal-based financial consultations, introduce clients to Empowerโ€™s advisory experience, and help consolidate outside assets. You will work with clients holding less than $100,000 in total assets, introducing them to Empowerโ€™s advisory experience, consolidating outside assets, and establishing the foundation for long-term financial relationships. This role offers hands-on client engagement and a structured pathway toward advanced advisory opportunities within the Wealth Solutions team.

What you will do

  • Conduct financial consultations to identify client goals and recommend solutions aligned with their objectives

  • Facilitate onboarding and asset consolidation for clients entering Empowerโ€™s Wealth Solutions program

  • Utilize Salesforce and Empowerโ€™s planning tools to manage pipelines, document interactions, and follow up on opportunities

  • Collaborate with Senior Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers to ensure seamless client transitions

  • Meet monthly activity and conversion targets while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance

What you will bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or customer service preferred

  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Fully licensed candidates are preferred

  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort working with CRM systems and financial planning technology tools

Base Salary Range

$50,300.00 - $69,125.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
