What You'll Do
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with Community Managers, Property Managers, HOAs, Commercial Property Managers, and Facilities Managers.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Estimating teams to develop winning proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business.
  • Attend networking events, industry associations, golf tournaments, and client functions.
  • Represent the Elite brand as a trusted advisor.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.
