The Chester Family YMCA is currently seeking a part time, personable Member Service Associate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. Pay range for this position is $13-$14 per hour.
DUTIES of a Member Services Associate
Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships and completing program registrations.
QUALIFICATIONS of a Member Services Associate
Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
