ABOUT THE ROLEMilenis Home Care is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Community Relations Manager to grow our referral network and strengthen trusted relationships throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding communities. The successful candidate will be out in the community extensively, meeting with referral partners, building relationship and representing Milenis professionally, and helping families connect with the home care they need.
WHAT YOU WILL DOBuild and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, hospices, senior communities, social workers, and community organizations. Conduct outside marketing visits, relationship-building meetings, presentations, networking events, health fairs, lunch-and-learns, and outreach activities. Identify new referral opportunities and promote Milenis Home Care's private-duty and holistic home care services. Generate qualified referrals, support a smooth admissions process, keep accurate CRM notes and activity reports, and represent the company with professionalism, empathy, initiative, and accountability.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORStrong communication, networking, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills. A self-starter who is comfortable in the field and motivated by measurable goals. Business development in home care, senior living, referral marketing, community outreach, or sales experience is strongly preferred. Reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and active automobile insurance are required. Digital marketing or social media experience is a plus, but the core of the position is community partnership development and field outreach.
PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITYThis role includes a fixed annual base, transportation reimbursement, and a performance-based incentive plan. Full incentive-plan details, eligibility requirements, and payout timing are provided to finalists during the follow-up / offer process.
