Summary:
Serves and assembles food and performs dish room functions to ensure prompt efficient service according to menu guidelines department standards and optimum customer service outcomes. Assists in the presentation of patient meals and ensures timely efficient and delivery of patient meal trays. Handles food and equipment in a safe and sanitary method assists guests and replenishes and cleans items in the café.
