Fit Factory is a 6 location health club brand. We are a full service health club with a luxury studio experience. We provide an incredible value for a low price point so that our members have the experience they crave, for the price point that allows them to enjoy life outside the club.

Fit Factory is looking for experienced coaches to be part of our home-grown HYROX Program! We are looking for someone who can teach our morning classes!


HYROX is "constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity." This means we are constantly changing workouts that incorporate weightlifting, functional training, and monostructural elements (running, rowing, and biking) to help our athletes strive to be the best they can be both inside the gym and out in their daily lives.


Our coaching style is centered around creating a progressive, safe, and fun workout regimen designed for all fitness levels and focused on results. Training is held in a room inside of the club, equipped with a rig, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, and all of the equipment you would expect in a HYROX training facility!

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coaching and leading athletes through daily programmed workouts.
  • Handling all issues pertaining to training under the Fit Factory training philosophy.
  • Coaches will be held accountable for logging athletes into class before/after class.

COMPENSATION:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • HYROX Coach Certification preferred (or equivalent functional fitness coaching experience).
  • Strong knowledge and experience with functional training.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience is preferred.
  • Current Personal Training Certification or related degree(s).
  • Minimum 1-2 recent work references.
