The roles overlap in credentials and work environments, but their primary focus and employer types differ slightly.

What can I do as a community RN?

A community RN provides healthcare services outside of hospital settings, such as home health visits, health education, and disease management. They assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare providers, often working in community clinics or patients' homes.
