Job description

Hicoria Pines Homes - Comm. and Marketing Systems VISTA
Hicoria Pines Homes is a nonprofit housing organization dedicated to helping very-low and low-income individuals and families achieve housing stability, self-sufficiency, and economic mobility through the development of safe, sustainable, and attainable housing. HP Homes serves families, veterans, seniors, and underserved communities by helping them navigate the homeownership process, access USDA 502 Direct Loan opportunities, identify home repair resources, and connect with local, state, federal, and community-based support systems. HP Homes works directly in the areas of attainable home development, community revitalization, aging-in-place support, housing navigation, and homeownership readiness. The organization serves as a bridge between families, contractors, USDA Rural Development, local government programs such as SHIP, nonprofit partners, and other housing-related resources.
