As a Community Relations Intern, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact by helping us Do Good Through Food.

This position is onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We anticipate a start date in January 2027.

You'll find lots to love in our beautiful home office in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our jeans-friendly environment has indoor and outdoor collaboration spaces, state-of-the-art R&D and sensory labs, culinary kitchens, a pilot plant, innovation center and more.

Or take a short walk to restaurants, breweries, the YMCA and a weekly farmer's market on the scenic Fox River. You can even see Lambeau Field from our top floor.

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of pay: $18.75 / hour

What you'll do:

  • Lead elements of partner engagement programs within community engagement, such as:

    • Administration of matching gifts & volunteer rewards

    • Enhancing marketing and promotions of myImpact

    • Developing plant engagement strategies

    • Coordinating Schreiber's week of giving efforts in our communities

  • Support corporate philanthropy efforts, including:

    • Participating in the Schreiber Foundation grant administration

    • Engaging with non-profit organizations

    • Creating and publishing externally facing content

    • Administration of corporate giving programs

  • Participate in strategy planning and idea generation

  • Have the ability to lead projects and bring new ideas to fruition

  • Assist with event planning activities for large- and small-scale events

  • Bring fresh perspectives to the community engagement team

What you need to succeed:

  • Status as a full-time college student, with a graduation date of May 2028 or later

  • Completed courses in Business Administration or a related field

  • Ability to work year-round, 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during summer.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Creativity with strong attention to detail

  • A results-oriented, energetic approach and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes/projects

For positions that require any amount of travel: Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position are required.
