Property Manager – Cleveland Area

Great Lakes Realty (GLR Companies) is a full-service property management firm serving the Cleveland/Northeast Ohio area, managing multifamily communities, commercial properties, and community associations. We're always looking to connect with experienced, people-first Property Managers to join our growing team — even if we don't have an immediate opening, we'd love to have your resume on file for upcoming opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property or portfolio, ensuring a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming community for residents/tenants
  • Manage leasing activities, renewals, and resident/tenant relations
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to address service requests and capital projects
  • Manage property budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies
  • Conduct property inspections and support marketing/occupancy goals

What We're Looking For

  • Prior property management experience (multifamily preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of fair housing regulations
