About your Role:

As a Program Manager, you will oversee group home training, supervision, and scheduling for Certified Support Providers (CSPs), ensuring a positive and compliant environment. Youโ€™ll play a key role in guiding your team, ensuring adherence to Oregon Administrative Rules and OSHA guidelines for client services, record maintenance, and quality assurance. Through regular meetings and mentorship, youโ€™ll support CSPs in securing staff placement, providing clerical support, and managing documentation to keep client training and records up-to-date and accurate. Your leadership will directly impact the quality and consistency of care provided to clients.

  • Associate's or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Services or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in Developmental Disabilities/Mental Health or combined of education and experience.
