Job description

Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

ยท Implement agency policies and procedures to ensure the overall quality of the programs offered at Arizona Comfort Care Social Services LLC. (ACCSS)

ยท The position is responsible for the daily oversight and supervision of the Day/Employment Programs & HCBS.

ยท The Director will ensure that all contractual and programmatic requirements are met consistently and will address and resolve all concerns within the program in an efficient and timely manner.

ยท Ensuring goals are met in client and family satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.

ยท Prepares and submits all required reports, statistics, and quality assurance functions to verify program services are in accordance with agency and departmental Quality Assurance, Corporate Compliance, and HIPAA policies and procedures.

ยท As an Employment, Day Program & HCBS Director, you will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Transition to Employment, Group Supported Employment, HCBS, and Day Treatment and Training programs at our locations in Phoenix.

ยท Seeking a team leader who can engage staff and maintain a schedule that keeps members busy.

ยท Transition to Employment involves setting up mock companies and simulating a natural work setting. This may include developing products for members to work on and potentially market and retail. Group Supported Employment involves developing jobs out in the community for work crews of 3 to 4.

ยท The Program Director will meet with the support coordinator and potential clients to review the ISPs and determine if the program is appropriate for all parties.

ยท The Director will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staff as needed to support the programs.

ยท The Program Director will also be required to fill in for staff in case of absence.

ยท Ensure all progress reports and required documentation are submitted to the Support Coordinator on time.

ยท Ensure the agency's vehicles are maintained, and logs are kept.

ยท Implementing and monitoring Behavior Treatment Plans as required by the Division of Developmental Disabilities.

ยท Manage the HCBS program as needed.

ยท Work in partnership to develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with our members, providers, and representatives from the Division of Developmental Disabilities and OLCR.
