ResponsibilitiesThe Telehealth Program Manager is responsible for proactively leading the growth and ensuring quality of telehealth services at Piedmont Healthcare. Manages and monitors all clinical, technical, business, and regulatory activities around the Telehealth Program. Leads implementation of telehealth services in new clinical areas. Serves as a liaison between service lines, medical services, IS, and operational personnel at the hospitals, clinics, and telehealth sites. The Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing department budget, project plans, identifying key deliverables and resource requirements, develop project implementation plans, and identify, track and monitor performance metrics. Requires a thorough understanding of the application of Telehealth technologies and programs. Actively coordinates efforts with teams from other departments both within Piedmont Healthcare as well as with referring physicians and community partners.QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare, engineering, business or information systems. Required
  • Master's degree in a healthcare, engineering, business or information systems Preferred
Work Experience
  • 5 years of operations leadership and/or support or relevant support services in a healthcare setting Required
