Responsible for the dedicated management and operational oversight of a single customer program, focusing on customer service, team leadership to ensure efficient service delivery. This role requires a hands on leader with a strong background in program management, customer service, and team leadership to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact
  • Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships and resolve customer issues.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program.
  • Team Management: Directly manage, develop, and support the team responsible for delivering services to the customer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals are met.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address operational issues within the program, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities.
  • Financial Management: Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience.

  • Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
  • Previous P&L responsibility, prior experience in a customer service environment.
  • Customer Success experience preferred.
  • Requires up to 50% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).
  • Requires leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.

We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $77,180-$105,980 annually.
