Your Responsibilities
  • Make outbound reminder calls to customers
  • Generate customer appointments using a pre-provided list
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Respond promptly to both phone and email inquiries
  • Guide customers to helpful product information and online resources
  • Ensure messages and inquiries are directed to the correct departments without delay

What We're Looking For
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screening
  • A clean and valid driver's license is required
