- Assist the Program Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating program services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the home visiting program.

- Serve as Acting Director in the Director's absence.

- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and retention of personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development planning.
- Facilitate staff meetings, training activities, and team-building initiatives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
