Job Details:
Purpose
Graduate Assistant will advance the Dell Med Health Leadership Apprentice (HLA) Program by supporting undergraduate student groups engaged in collaborative projects with faculty, staff, learners, alumni, and community partners. This position may be extended through the Spring 2027 semester, pending performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the HLA Track A management task. Coordinate outreach to prospective project partners and facilitate student-partner matching. Organize and participate in project kick-off and check-in meetings. Ensure progress toward project milestones and deliverables. Provide guidance on IRB processes when applicable
  • Meet with the HLA Coordinator twice weekly for supervision, planning, and program alignment. Develop and implement strategies to streamline project workflows using the Canvas platform. Assist with planning, budgeting, and financial tracking for project support requests

Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled as a UT Austin graduate student and able to meet all student worker eligibility requirements.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience coordinating complex academic or project-based workflows, facilitating partner engagement, and providing guidance on IRB processes, along with familiarity using Canvas or similar platforms to support program operations.
Salary Range
$24.00 Hourly
