As a Program Assistant, you'll help individuals build life skills, enjoy meaningful experiences, and maintain their independence while living in safe, welcoming homes. From assisting with everyday routines to encouraging community involvement, your work will make a positive difference in someone's life every day.

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Schedule: Evening Shift | 3:00 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM

Weekend Availability Required

Pay: $20.70 โ€“ $24.70 per hour

  • Safely transport individuals to appointments, recreational outings, and community activities using agency vehicles when assigned.
Keep Services Running Smoothly
  • Complete electronic documentation, daily service notes, medication records, and required reports accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on providing exceptional residential services.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five (5) motor vehicle points.
  • Demonstrated employment stability preferred, including at least one (1) year with a previous employer.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required background checks, screenings, and agency onboarding requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently while demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, and sound judgment.
