Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and personable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping ensure they have a smooth and positive experience in our pharmacy.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
  • Assist with prescription drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
  • Support pharmacists and technicians with daily tasks as needed
  • Maintain inventory, including stocking, labeling and tracking supplies
  • Enter and maintain accurate patient information


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High school diplomas or equivalent required
