Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 Hourly Plus Quarterly Bonus Structure
Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Coordinator focusing on our partnerships with local funeral homes within the states we do business in. Your role will be to identify and engage both new contacts to help grow Aftermath's customer base. As part of the Aftermath Marketing team, the Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local funeral homes to raise awareness for Aftermath's services, increase leads, and generate revenue.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
• Under departmental leadership, develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships exclusively with funeral home partners, positioning Aftermath's services and value proposition effectively within this key referral channel.
• Generate high-quality referral leads, and maintain consistent, professional messaging within the funeral services community.
• Conduct outreach through a combination of virtual meetings, phone calls, and email communication to educate funeral directors and staff on biohazard remediation services and Aftermath's capabilities.
• Proactively identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the funeral home segment through research, networking, and data mining.
• Perform outbound outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns, to establish and grow relationships with funeral home partners.
• Present Aftermath's services in a clear, professional manner to drive engagement and referral opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of outreach efforts and partner interactions within internal systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Build and sustain long-term, trusted relationships with funeral home partners to support ongoing referral activity.
• Track, analyze, and report outreach activity and performance metrics on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

• Ability to explain services in a concise, compelling, and sensitive manner
• Comfort with outbound calling, cold outreach, and introducing services

Education
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare, funeral services, or field-based outreach
• Basic understanding of biohazard remediation services (or willingness to learn)
• Event participation or community engagement experience
