About the Project

TSMG is supporting a large-scale Robotics AI data collection project that helps improve artificial intelligence and robotics systems through real-world video recordings. To support this initiative, we are looking for proactive Point of Contact (PoC) Coordinators who will build relationships with local communities and businesses, recruit participant groups, and coordinate project activities.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys networking and working with people.

Success in This Role

A successful Point of Contact Coordinator consistently builds strong local partnerships, recruits qualified participant groups, ensures smooth communication throughout the project, and helps maintain high participant engagement and successful completion of scheduled recording sessions.

What You Will Do:
  • Identify and contact local businesses, organizations, educational institutions, community groups, and other potential participant sources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and business representatives.
  • Recruit groups of participants who meet the project requirements.
  • Explain the project scope, participation process, compensation, and expectations to potential participants.
  • Coordinate participant schedules and ensure recording sessions are properly organized.
  • Act as the main point of contact between participants and the TSMG operations team.
  • Track participant progress and maintain accurate recruitment and attendance records.
  • Help resolve participant questions or logistical issues throughout the project.
  • Ensure all participants receive and complete the required onboarding information and documentation.
  • Support participant retention by maintaining regular communication and engagement.
  • Report recruitment progress and project updates to the TSMG team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable reaching out to businesses, organizations, and community groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple participants and schedules simultaneously.
  • Confident using email, spreadsheets, messaging applications, and online meeting tools.
  • Basic English communication skills (additional local language proficiency is required for your market).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, community management, event coordination, or business development is preferred but not required.
