Job description

Hourly, Full-Time Position
Salary range is estimated based on potential overtime hours and may vary

Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus 

Do something different every day as you work with our grain and agronomy departments and their many services. As an Operations Specialist based out of our Beattie location, you will:

  • Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products 
  • Gain hands on skills by performing routine maintenance and repairs 
  • Learn how to monitor and maintain grain quality, mix and load fertilizer and chemical products, and may help at other locations or with loading trains
  • Operate equipment and obtain certifications including the opportunity to acquire your CDL
