About the Position:

Optimal is looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist who holds a passion for improving patients’ quality of life in the comfort of their placement.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) addresses the performance of everyday activities and participation in roles and situations that occur in the home and community. Occupational Therapy OT services are provided to promote health and wellness to individuals who have or are at risk of developing an illness, injury, disease, disorder, condition, impairment, disability, activity limitation, or restricted participation in activities. (AOTA, 2004)

Pay: $80,000-100,000

*Optimal pays per visit

About you:

  • Holds an active license and can practice in the state of Colorado
  • Preferrable at least one year of experience as an OT in Home Health
  • Possesses adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess adequate and effective interpersonal skills.
