About the Opportunity

Successfully leads theresidentrecruitment process byestablishingand cultivating meaningful relationships with prospects and their families andidentifiesindividual candidate's needs. Develops andmaintainsproductive internal and external marketing strategies including referral sources and community relationships. Maintains occupancy levels, tracks andtrendsresident movements, is thecentral pointof contact for all prospective residents and manages the admission/assessment process in collaboration with the community management team.

  • An outgoing personality, superior communication skills and strong customer service orientationrequired.

  • Must present a neat, clean appearance anddemonstratea positive, cheerful attitude.

  • Mustpossessa cleandriving record and validstate issueddriver's license.

  • Local travelrequired.
