DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. TD Equipment Finance (TDEF) is a specialty business within TD that provides financing solutions to help businesses acquire the equipment they need to grow. Supporting clients across industries such as transportation, construction, manufacturing, and agriculture, the team delivers tailored equipment loans and leases to fund capital investments. Guided by TD's brand promise, Remarkably human, Refreshingly simple, TD Equipment Finance combines strong financial analysis, risk management, and a peoplefocused approach to deliver practical, clientcentric solutions that support responsible and profitable business growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Credit Analyst Intern, you will support the Commercial Banking and Equipment Finance teams in analyzing credit risk and structuring financing solutions for business clients. You will assist with financial analysis, credit reviews, and deal support while working closely with sales and credit partners across the organization. This role offers handson exposure to commercial lending and equipment finance within a collaborative environment.

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business/Commerce or related field

  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)

  • Strong interest in commercial banking and credit analysis.

  • Basic understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and financial ratios.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to learn internal systems quickly.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced, teambased environment.

  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

  • Teamoriented mindset with a clientfocused and collaborative approach.

  • Bilingual (English and French)

  • This position is a 4-month work term and will commence January 4th to April 23rd, 2027.
