Job description

JOB OVERVIEW: The Community Outreach Partner is a key member in promoting the Rodeo Mission and Core Values so that people understand Why We Exist and How We Do Business. Successful candidates will work inside and outside of our world-class lobbies engaging, entertaining, and caring for our patients while also traveling to local venues to promote the Rodeo Dental Brand. This includes grassroots marketing efforts and meeting weekly goals to increase Rodeo Dental Brand awareness and identify new Patients.
SCHEDULE: This position requires a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as business requires - including evenings and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Passion for People!
- Outgoing & friendly personality with a strong work ethic
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Willing to stand outside of retail shops and work independently, while being a part of a great team
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Assertive, self-motivated, and results orientated
- Able to work weekends when necessary
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, or other grassroots community outreach is a PLUS, but not necessary
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Check in with the Team each day either over the phone or at our office
- Follow the event schedule using our scheduling app
- Set up our marketing material and stand inside and outside of Retail Stores, festivals, and all other grassroots marketing locations and events. Then share your passion for Rodeo Dental with everyone
- Conduct presentations on good oral hygiene and the Rodeo Dental Brand and Services at schools and organizations
- Approach potential new patients about our awesome Rodeo services
- Canvass to share the Rodeo Brand and our amazing business model of "one office for high end dental care".
- Meet weekly performance goals
- Travel required to attend functions throughout the metro area
- Willing to support the entire Metro area.
- Must have the ability to transport event set ups.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work nights & weekends as needed
- Travel required to attend functions throughout the metro area
-Compensation Range : $28 per hour-$32 per hour
