We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic Community Life Enrichment Associate to join our team and help make each day special for the seniors who call our community home.

What You'll Do

As a Community Life Enrichment Associate, you'll help create engaging experiences that support the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive well-being of our residents. Every interaction is an opportunity to brighten someone's day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with planning and leading engaging daily activities and special events.
  • Encourage resident participation while respecting individual interests and abilities.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
  • Support group activities including games, crafts, music, fitness classes, educational programs, and social gatherings.
  • Escort residents to and from activities as needed.
  • Help decorate for holidays, themed events, and community celebrations.
  • Assist with community outings and transportation preparations when applicable.
  • Document resident participation and communicate observations with the Life Enrichment team.
  • Collaborate with all departments to create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant community environment.
  • Maintain activity supplies and ensure activity areas remain organized and inviting.
  • Provide companionship, encouragement, and compassionate support throughout the day.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in senior living, recreation, customer service, childcare, hospitality, education, or activities is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with older adults or individuals living with dementia is a plus.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and activity participation.
  • Must successfully complete all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
