Job description

Per Diem - may float to North and South Contractors who fail to comply with Mercy’s Influenza Vaccination Policy will not be permitted to work on Mercy premises.... Individuals who do not receive the influenza vaccination – due to an approved medical or religious exemption – must wear a mask (or an N95 respirator if a tight-fitting respirator is required for the co-worker’s specific job function). The mask must cover both nose and mouth during the influenza season when present at Mercy facilities....
