Job description

 ****Average hourly rate is $16.63 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

What You’ll Do:


As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll:

  • Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
  • Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.


What You Need

  • high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services. 
  • 2 Years previous work experience with children and families 
  • A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
