Senior Helpers of Silver Spring is seeking a high-performing Community Engagement Manager to lead our growth. We're looking for a proven relationship-builder who knows how to open doors, ask for the business, and turn prospects into long-term referral partners.

Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 base salary + uncapped commission - your earning potential grows with your results, plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a business development plan
  • Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, rehab facilities, assisted living and skilled nursing communities, hospice agencies, and other healthcare partners
  • Prospect through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and community events
  • Manage and grow a referral pipeline using our CRM
  • Run sales presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach events
  • Track pipeline performance, referral trends, and conversion metrics

Who You Are
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • 5+ years of outside sales or business development experience
  • Confident prospecting, cold-calling, and closing
  • Strong CRM management

Preferred
  • Experience selling services, not products
  • Senior care, home health, or healthcare related sales background
  • Existing referral relationships in Silver Spring's healthcare community
