If you enjoy meeting new people, planning events, writing engaging communications, supporting outreach efforts, and representing a mission-driven organization in the community, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you'll help increase awareness of PathWays, support partnerships, promote community initiatives, and create opportunities for engagement across our service area.

Every community event, partnership conversation, outreach activity, newsletter, and engagement opportunity helps tell the PathWays story-and you can help make those connections happen.

Why Join PathWays?

Benefits Include:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance effective the 1st of the month following hire
  • Generous PTO, Vacation, and Sick Time
  • Paid Holidays
  • Employer-Paid Life Insurance
  • 403(b) Retirement Plan
  • Company-Paid Training including CPR, Medication Administration, and more
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Employee Referral Bonuses

What You'll Do

As our Community Engagement Associate, you'll be out in the community helping people discover who PathWays is, what we do, and how they can get involved. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, keeping details organized, and turning outreach opportunities into meaningful relationships.

  • Represent PathWays at community events, fairs, festivals, networking opportunities, and outreach activities
  • Help plan and support events that bring people, partners, and programs together
  • Create engaging newsletters, blogs, and outreach communications that share PathWays' mission and impact
  • Build positive relationships with community organizations, businesses, schools, civic groups, and nonprofit partners
  • Support fundraising, donor communications, CRM updates, and grant-related projects
  • Keep outreach calendars, event details, follow-up, and community engagement activities organized and moving forward

And that's just the beginning-this role is full of variety, creativity, and new opportunities to jump in, lend a hand, and help PathWays show up in meaningful ways throughout the community.
