Schedule:

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Farmington, NM. This position focuses on providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of New Mexico
  • Home health experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Matrix charting is a plus

Responsibilities:
