We need a strategic leader to guide our Baltimore Health Center and empower staff to deliver affordable, top-tier care.
Inside the Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations, you will serve as the senior operational and clinical leader at our Baltimore Health Center. • Own the financials: Develop operational budgets, monitor daily cash balancing, ensure proper documentation for insurance billing, and lead health center efforts to hit our revenue cycle goals.
  • Champion the patient experience: Serve as the internal and external customer service subject matter expert, monitoring patient surveys, leading service recovery, and launching new service improvement initiatives.
  • Strategize and connect: Coordinate with the Community Outreach and Education team, participate in clinical management meetings, represent the center managers cohort on agency-wide committees, and oversee site-based grants or affiliate-wide programs.

  • Current CPR certification required upon hire; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days.
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license and willingness to use a personal vehicle for travel.
  • Preferred: Current (or previously held) clinical licensure such as RN, NP, CNM, or PA.

  • Work-Life Harmony: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays.
