Join our team at Crystal Springs Inc. as we're currently seeking a full-time Habilitation Aide ( 35 hours)to join our dedicated team in Assonet, MA. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour. We also provide benefits such as paid training!
WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE?
As a full-time Habilitation Aide, your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate care and support to our program participants. Your day may involve accompanying individuals to medical appointments and leisure activities, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout. You'll utilize your training to manage crises effectively and promote a healthy lifestyle by participating in pool and gym sessions with our individuals.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A FULL-TIME HABILITATION AIDE?
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) of experience or specific skills in working with developmentally disabled individuals in a habilitation/vocational setting
  • Valid driver's license (at least 6 months) with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass van driving in-service
