What You’ll Do ????

The Marketing & Community Relations Manager, helps ensure our customers, employees, and communities experience the same culture and values across all of our dealerships. They work closely with leadership, our marketing team, vendors, employees, and community partners to bring ideas to life and keep everyone moving in the same direction. The right person is a creative, organized, and self-motivated relationship-builder who enjoys working with people, managing multiple projects, and bringing new ideas to the table. They are a strong communicator and team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed, representing Rogers Motors in a positive way, both inside and outside the dealership.

Your day may include:

Brand & Marketing

  • Represent and strengthen the Rogers Motors brand.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across all six dealerships.
  • Partner with leadership and our advertising agency on marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and manufacturer compliance.

Social Media

  • Lead and support social media planning and content.
  • Create and coordinate photos, videos, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Review content and ensure it aligns with our brand.
  • Track social media performance and report results.

Community Relations

  • Manage sponsorship and donation requests.
  • Build relationships with local schools and community organizations.
  • Coordinate community donations and promotional materials.
  • Manage the Rogers Motors Automotive Scholarship Program.

Employee Engagement & Events

  • Plan and coordinate employee, customer, and community events.
  • Coordinate event details, vendors, and promotional materials.
  • Support employee appreciation, newsletters, and company culture initiatives.
  • Assist with new hire orientations and employee recognition.
  • Work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Adminitrative Support

  • Support the company uniform program and manage promotional merchandise.
  • Prepare marketing reports.
  • Coordinate travel for training, meetings, and events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Marketing, communications, event planning, or related experience.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content planning.
  • Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to travel between dealership locations and work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance.
