Role Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of employee engagement and lifecycle programs, employee recognition initiatives, and Human Resources branding and communications. This role ensures programs are effective and adopted across the organization to enhance employee experience and drive alignment with organizational priorities. This position manages program delivery, vendor coordination, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking, while identifying opportunities to improve existing programs. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT FAMILY - CORE

  • Oversees end-to-end implementation and administration of employee engagement and lifecycle surveys, including survey vendor management, survey administration and post survey analysis 
  • Collaborates with People Analytics to gather reports and data across the employee lifecycle to identify trends, hot spots and other factors impacting employee engagement survey responses
  • Reports outcomes to leadership, monitoring engagement trends and tracking organizational progress over time
  • Provides resources to support managers on interpreting engagement data and taking meaningful action
  • Translates program strategies into execution plans, timelines, and deliverables, working with stakeholders to ensure plans align with organization
  • Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of various Human Resources programs
  • Develops standardized best practices for employee recognition programs and implement across organization
  • Evaluates effectiveness of recognition programs and evolve programs to maintain relevance and impact
  • Trains managers and leaders on best practices for providing positive feedback and acknowledging team achievements 
  • Oversees execution and administration of employee service award program
  • Creates clear, engaging and employee-friendly content to promote programs and initiatives
  • Ensures consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all HR communications, reinforcing company culture and the employee value proposition 
  • Uses employee feedback and engagement data to continuously refine communication strategies and enhance the employee experience 
  • Drives program adoption through cross-functional training and resources. Owns development of FAQs, Connect Sites and trainings on available resources

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • Assumes responsibility for day-to-day financial management of assigned scope of responsibility by understanding the budget process, accurately forecasting and limiting month-to-month fluctuations.
  • Maintains fiscal records and follows procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Understands business plan and manages financial goals.
  • Makes operational decisions in light of broader financial goals and constraints.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field (Required)
  • In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Experience
  • 8+ years experience in one or more areas of Human Resources (Required)
