Position Summary

QuickMed Urgent Care is seeking a dynamic, creative, and relationship-driven Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator to strengthen our brand presence and build meaningful connections within the communities we serve. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, managing community outreach efforts, supporting patient acquisition strategies, and enhancing public awareness of QuickMed's services.

The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare, enjoys building partnerships, excels at event planning, and can effectively manage both digital and in-person engagement activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Promotion
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote QuickMed Urgent Care services, locations, and programs.
  • Create and coordinate content for social media platforms, website updates, email communications, and patient-facing materials.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and community engagement metrics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Support reputation management initiatives, including patient reviews and online engagement.
Community Engagement & Outreach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, chambers of commerce, healthcare organizations, and community groups.
  • Represent QuickMed at community events, health fairs, employer wellness programs, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to increase community awareness of urgent care, occupational health, and primary care services.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for QuickMed throughout the communities we serve.
Event Planning & Coordination
  • Plan, organize, and execute community events, grand openings, employer visits, health screenings, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, vendor relationships, and event follow-up.
  • Track event outcomes and provide recommendations for future engagement opportunities.
Employer & Referral Relationship Development
  • Support outreach efforts to local employers regarding occupational health, workers' compensation, drug testing, and wellness services.
  • Assist in developing referral relationships with community organizations and healthcare partners.
  • Maintain outreach activity records and follow-up communications.
Administrative & Marketing Support
  • Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
  • Coordinate printing, ordering, and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Assist with budget tracking for marketing and community engagement initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, event participation, and marketing performance
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, community relations, public relations, event coordination, or business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between QuickMed locations and community events.
Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, urgent care, medical practice, or community health settings.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
