Job description

What Impact You'll Have: We are seeking a Mid-Level History Program Specialist to support strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, executive messaging, and outreach efforts supporting Intelligence Community mission operations. This role will help shape organizational messaging, support leadership engagements, and ensure consistent communications across internal and external audiences. What You'll Be Owning: * Develop communications products including talking points, reports, newsletters, and executive briefings. * Support strategic communications campaigns and workforce messaging initiatives. * Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment of communications objectives. * Support event planning, stakeholder engagement, and outreach activities. * Provide editorial review and communications support for organizational initiatives. What You Must Have: * Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph. * 5+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, or related field. * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. * Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. * Experience supporting executive-level communications and strategic messaging. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. What Would Be Nice to Have: * Experience supporting IC or DoD organizations. * Experience supporting protocol, public affairs, or congressional engagement activities. * Experience with event coordination and stakeholder outreach.
