Job description

Customer Service Representative

The City of Gardner is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative. Under the supervision of the Community Development Director, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting the public with inquiries, registrations, and payments received both in person, by telephone and e-mail. Additionally, the position will support the administrative functions of staff in the Community Development and Public Works Department including support of Planning Commission activities and functions. High school diploma, GED or equivalent. One to two years of experience in a related field. Requires the possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Hours M-F; 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM with. Application Deadline: Open Until Filled.
