The City of Fayetteville operates as a full-service municipality under a Council-Manager form of government, providing a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the needs of a growing and dynamic community. Fayetteville is a strategic, forward-thinking organization guided by a formally adopted Strategic Plan that aligns policy priorities with operational execution. In recent years, the City has invested significantly in its facilities and public spaces.
