Development Manager

Job Ref: R0098907 – Location: Erickson Senior Living, 701 Maiden Choice Lane, Baltimore, MD 21228 – Category: Real Estate and Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, drive, manage, and report on the design and construction plans for assigned development projects in accordance with management’s plan.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review project budgets and change orders.
  • Serve as liaison and point of contact between design consultants, contractors, community and corporate teams, and management.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in real estate development, construction management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, change‑order management, and construction oversight.
