Westminster Title Company, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Roseville, California.
Westminster Title Company offers an aggressive approach to compensation that includes a base salary plus commission or a traditionally based Title Sales commission only package.
In this role, you will support our title and escrow team by providing excellent customer service to clients, and targeting and marketing to new real estate agents, mortgage loan agents and escrow companies. Responsibilities include researching/using all available resources to assist and support customers, in addition to expanding and maintaining a strong customer base.
This position is onsite 5 days per week.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales/marketing experience with a successful track record in outside sales

  • Compiling prospective customer lists from various sources and executing a call plan for qualified real estate professionals and lenders.
  • Evaluating client needs and implementing plans to address them.
  • Maintaining a high profile in the marketing area by attending industry events and engaging in community activities.
  • Working with internal marketing teams to create local marketing materials and social media content to enhance brand visibility and support sales.
  • Delivering effective presentations to various groups and individuals.
  • Proactively communicating with clients and providing timely responses.

Benefits include:
    • Expected salary for this position is $35,568.00 - $65,000.00.
    • Total compensation includes salary, a lucrative commission program, and monthly mobile device allowance. Salary will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, tenure, seniority, education, training, and performance including a current book of business.
